At ORA, every order is handcrafted fresh and made exclusively for you. As our products are perishable and prepared to order, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

To ensure timely delivery, we work with trusted third-party delivery partners such as Rapido and Porter. Once your order has been handed over to the delivery partner, ORA cannot be held responsible for any delays, damage, mishandling, or other issues that may occur during transit.

In the rare event that your order does not reach you at all due to an accident or any unforeseen circumstance during delivery, we will gladly prepare and dispatch a replacement order at no additional cost.
